The Challenge


A NASDAQ-listed global leader in the Femtech space faced a significant credibility gap while entering high-barrier markets. The goal was to bridge the distance between innovation and local trust across diverse cultural landscapes (including Japan and the Middle East), where a generic global message would have failed to resonate with demanding local audiences.


The Editorial Intervention


I leveraged a journalistic research framework and cross-cultural intelligence to align the brand’s authority with the specific sensitivities of each region. My intervention included:


  • Editorial Ethnography: Identifying the nuances and cultural codes of trust that generic marketing often misses.

  • SME Authority Extraction: Conducting in-depth interviews to ground the brand narrative in scientific and professional expertise.

  • Message Architecture & Speechwriting: Defining core themes for international summits and developing scripts for panelists, ensuring the brand’s voice sounded natural and authoritative in markets as distinct as Sweden, Japan, the UK,  Spain, Costa Rica and others.


The Authority Asset


The result was a culturally fluent brand narrative capable of supporting high-level expert panels and international conferences. This editorial foundation fed into a wider ecosystem of assets: specialist media interviews, premium editorial coverage, and a strategic library of reusable content for global expansion.


Business Value 


Moving beyond "global" messaging to culturally fluent authority, we effectively removed market entry friction in complex or conservative territories. This enabled the brand to lead expert conversations and secure its reputation in sectors where trust and context are as vital as the innovation itself.
